Overview

There are a couple of ways to find the permalink for a task, folder, or project.

Find permalinks for tasks, folders, or projects in List view

  1. Navigate to a folder, project, or space and switch to List view 1.

  2. Right-click the relevant task, folder, or project.

  3. Click Copy Permalink in the menu that appears 2.

The permalink is automatically copied to your clipboard and you can paste it anywhere.

  1. Navigate to a folder or project and open its info panel 1. If you want to find a permalink for a task, open it in Task view.

  2. Click the Permalink icon from Task view or the upper-right corner of the folder or project info panel 2.

  3. A pop-up appears with the permalink already highlighted 3.

  4. Copy the permalink.

Tip

Click the copy_permalink_button.png icon to the right of the permalink to copy the permalink to the clipboard.

  1. Navigate to the relevant space from the Home page.

  2. Click the settings gear icon in the upper-right corner of the space 1.

  3. Select Copy permalink from the menu that appears 2.

The permalink is automatically copied to your clipboard and you can paste it anywhere.
