If your company uses a proxy server to access the internet, then you may need to add Document Editor in a proxy whitelist before you can use it.
If your proxy server settings are provided by an Active Directory server, then the system administrator responsible for the company’s network may need to add Document Editor in a proxy whitelist.
If you're using Chrome on a Windows 8 PC or if you're using Firefox, you may need to configure your browser to use the proxy whitelist.
Click the Start button and select Control Panel.
Click All Control Panel Items.
From the list that appears, select Internet Options.
Click the Connections tab in the dialog box that appears.
Click the LAN settings button.
Mark the checkbox next to Bypass proxy server for local addresses.
Click Advanced to enter the proxy parameters.
