Overview

All users (including collaborators) on all account types can use filters. Certain filtering options aren't available to all accounts:

  • Filters related to file approvals, guest reviews, and billing are only available in accounts with Wrike Proof and Wrike for Marketers.

  • Filters related to effort are only available to Wrike for Professional Services accounts and accounts with Wrike Resource, but aren't available in Board view.

Available task filters

These filters can be applied to tasks in List view, Table view, and Gantt Chart.
