All users (including collaborators) on all account types can use filters.
Most of the filtering in Wrike applies to tasks. This page specifies filtering projects, which you can do within one folder, project, or space.
Navigate to the space, folder, or project within which you want to filter projects.
Switch to Table view 1 or Gantt Chart.
Click the filter icon 2, or...
Click the name of your filter preset and select Add more filters... 3 in the drop-down that appears.
In the filters panel that appears on the right, select Projects 4.
Select the filter(s) you'd like to apply 5.
(Optional) Once you've selected filters, click Save preset 6 at the top of the filter panel and name your filter preset. It now appears in the drop-down when you select filters.
Saved project filter presets can only be used in Table view and Gantt Chart.
