Overview

Account admins and Space admins on Business and Enterprise accounts can create request forms.

You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.

Add conditional follow-up questions

Designate which questions should be asked next, or if the form should be completed when the respondent selects a specific drop-down option.

  1. Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.

  2. Add a drop-down question.

  3. Add all the necessary response options.

  4. Hover over a response option and select the branching icon on the right 1.

  5. Select Redirect from the drop-down 2.

  6. Select what should happen when someone chooses that answer 3:

    • Continue to a different page on the form. You can choose from a New page or an existing page if you've already created more than one.

    • Submit the form.

Repeat Steps 3-5 until you’ve added all necessary pages and questions. Click the Add action button to add other conditional branching actions to the same answer option if necessary (i.e., creating an approval). When you’re finished making changes to your form, click Publish or Save.

Note

For redirects to work correctly, there shouldn’t be more than one redirect per page.
