Account admins and space admins can create or delete request forms in Business and Enterprise accounts.
Request forms can be deleted at any time by those who have access to them.
Space admins can only delete request forms in the spaces they're admins of.
Using the green + in the top right of your workspace next to your profile picture, select Request.
In the top-left corner of the screen, click Manage forms.
Right-click the form you want to delete and select Delete, or open the form builder and select Delete in the three-dot menu to the right of the title.
Alternatively, click your profile picture in the top right-hand of the workspace, select Settings from the drop-down, and access the Request forms section in the left-hand menu.
Tasks or projects that have already been created via the request form remain available in the workspace, but the form can no longer be accessed or used to submit new requests.
If you want to stop users submitting a request form temporarily, you can open the form builder and select Convert to draft in the three-dot menu to the right of the title.
