Overview

Account admins and Space admins on Business and Enterprise accounts can create request forms.

You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.

Launch conditional tasks and projects

Normally a request form is set to create or duplicate a task or project. By setting up this option a different task or project can be launched instead, depending on a drop-down answer, checkbox, or importance option.

Note

Replacement tasks can only be added to request forms that will create or duplicate tasks. Replacement projects can only be added when a project will be created or duplicated.
