Account admins and Space admins on Business and Enterprise accounts can create request forms.
You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.
You can set up a request form to start an approval process if a certain drop-down, checkbox, or importance answer is selected.
It's possible to add conditional approvers to drop-down, checkbox, or importance questions. However, the conditional approval due date or status change is only available for drop-down or importance questions.
Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.
Add a drop-down type question.
Add all the necessary response options.
Hover over a response option and select the branching icon on the right 1.
Select Approvals 2 and choose from the list to:
Set up a due date for the approval.
Set up a status change according to the approvers’ response.
Click the Add action 3 button to add other conditional branching actions to the same answer option if necessary (i.e., changing the status). When you’re finished making changes to your form, click Publish or Save 4.
