The Utilization and Performance report is a prebuilt Wrike Analyze template that shows how much time and effort each employee spends completing tasks and allows you to monitor work within projects.
With this template, you will build widgets showing:
The total capacity of the team member for the selected period of time (week, month, custom dates)
Planned and actual effort
How much of the total time is billable
Which categories of work take up most of the employee’s time
To build an analytics board from a template:
Navigate to Reports.
Select the Utilization and Performance template from the list.
Select a user or user group and the period of time you would like to build a report for. (This can be adjusted later.)
Click Create.
The report is built right away. After it’s done, you can edit the board, add or delete widgets from the report, and add data to it.
By default, the report is shared with only you. For more information on sharing this report with your teammates, click here.
If you choose to see the performance for the current week, the “Capacity” widget will show only the number of hours for the current and past days.
The table below contains all the data that is used to build the Utilization and Performance report in Wrike Analyze.
