In Wrike Proof you can leave comments on files and interact with your teammates right from the Proofing window.

Add a comment

  1. Open a task, folder, or project.

  2. Click the file you want to comment on (from the attachments section).

  3. Select one of the proofing markers under the attachment (you can choose the comment, arrow, box, or pen icon). A text highlight option also appears if you're commenting on a PDF or Office file.

The marker remains on the image/document. Your comment appears in the pop-up window when someone clicks the marker. Your comment is also visible in the right-hand comment panel, as well as in the task’s Activity Stream.

From Task view, Files view, and the File Dashboard widget, a blue counter over the attachment image displays the number of unresolved comments associated with the attachment.
