All users except collaborators can launch blueprints.
You can quickly create an active task from within a blueprint and immediately notify its assignees so that they can start working on it.
There are two ways to create a task from a blueprint:
Right-click a task blueprint in List or Table view.
Select Create from blueprint 1.
(Optional) Change the name of the task that will be created 2.
(Optional) Select a new location 3. Specify the project, folder, or space where your new task should be located. If you don’t pick a new location, your task will be placed in your Personal space.
Specify whether or not you want to send Inbox notifications to assignees upon creation 4.
Specify whether or not you want to reschedule all subtasks and set new start and end dates 5. All subtasks will be rescheduled respectively.
(Optional) check Add another 6 so that the dialog box remains open and you can launch another task from the blueprint (you can configure each task differently using this option).
Click Create 7.
Alternatively you can use the context creation menu which is available in List view:
In List view, click the dropdown to the left of Add new, which appears under the header section of your workspace.
In the dropdown menu the task blueprints which you have access to are listed under Tasks.
If there are too many blueprints listed there you can narrow them down using the search bar.
Click on the name of the blueprint you would like to launch, the same menu appears as in the first example allowing you to edit and refine the task to be created.
