All users except for collaborators and external users can edit reports they've created.
You can edit any of the reports created by you. It's possible to change the report's name, type, the source space, folder, project, applied filters, and the layout.
Go to the Home page.
Click Reports on the right.
Select the relevant report from the list. Reports created by you have Me in the Owner column.
Click Edit in the upper-right corner of the view.
Make the necessary changes in the report builder that opens.
Click Save & view.
