Deleting File Versions
All users (except collaborators) can delete versions of uploaded files that they no longer need.
Note
Guest reviewers cannot delete file versions.
Click on a file in the list of attachments to open it in proofing.
Click on Versions icon 1 in the upper right-hand corner.
The version panel appears on the left, hover over the version you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu button 2 and select Delete 3 from the pop-up that appears.
Click Delete 4 in the confirmation window.
If you attempt to delete the last version of a file in this way you will receive a warning in the confirmation window that this is the last version of the file.
