Overview

Every project in Wrike has its own unique ID number, which can be searched for and accessed easily. It may also be useful for identifying items in Wrike according to your own needs.

Simply enter your project ID in the search bar to find it, or go directly to a project's page by typing “https://www.wrike.com/open.htm?id=” into your address bar and including the task's ID at the end of the link.

Find your project ID

  1. Navigate to the space containing the relevant project.

  2. Select the project in the left-hand navigation panel, and the project info panel will open on the right.

  3. Click the Permalink 1 icon in the top right corner of the project info panel.

  4. The nine-digit number at the end of Link to this project is the project ID 2.

Tip

Project IDs can also be toggled on as info, which is displayed in Table view. Use the gear icon 1 in the top-right and select the ID option to add a column containing project IDs 2.
